These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NeoTap platform, including registration, digital storefront customization, NFC review funnel features, and related merchant tools.

You agree to use NeoTap only for lawful business purposes, to provide accurate merchant information, and to comply with applicable review and consumer-protection regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for content displayed on your storefront and for interactions with your customers.

Paid features, billing, and subscription terms are presented at activation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risk. Limitation of liability and dispute resolution provisions apply as set forth in the final legal version of this document.
