Welcome to the NeoTap platform ("Platform", "we", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NeoTap website, NFC cards, Tunnel review pages, and merchant dashboard. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before registering or using our services. By registering, submitting a service request, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Account registration and information disclosure
Registration: Merchants must provide a store name, email address, and password, or create an account via Google sign-in. You may need to verify your email before signing in. Password storage notice: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. To support account recovery and technical assistance, your login password may be stored in a form accessible to authorised system administrators. Use a unique password for NeoTap only. Public storefront data: Your store name, address, business hours, description, services and prices, portfolio images, social links, and store phone, email, and WhatsApp (if provided) are displayed publicly on your Tunnel page. Private account data: Your legal name, private contact number, and (where applicable) age, gender, and location details in Privacy Settings are used only for support, NFC shipping, and sales attribution. They are not shown publicly on the Tunnel page.
2. Free and paid features
Free services: After registration, you may create a digital storefront, upload a portfolio, and customise themes at no charge. Paid services: The NFC smart review funnel is a paid feature (on by default; you can toggle it in the preview panel). When enabled: 4–5 stars route to third-party platforms and 1–3 stars are collected as private feedback. When disabled: all 1–5 stars route to your Google Review link and no private feedback is collected. Platform-wide free mode may temporarily waive this restriction. Demo trial: We may offer a time-limited demo trial. When it ends, advanced features are restricted.
3. Service requests, billing, and activation
Offline billing: NeoTap does not integrate online card payment gateways and does not collect or store full card numbers. Activation flow: When you submit an activation, renewal, or upgrade request, payment is completed through designated offline channels (recorded in RM or other specified currency in your billing history). A super administrator manually verifies payment before activating service. Submitting a request does not automatically activate your account. First activation: Subject to current promotions, first-time activation of certain paid plans may include a complimentary NFC card shipped to you, as confirmed during manual processing.
4. Account status, interruptions, and platform management
Account status: Subscriptions may be inactive, active, expired, or suspended. Interruptions: If your account is inactive, expired, or suspended, the NFC funnel and Tunnel page will not work. Customers scanning your NFC tag or link will be redirected to the official NeoTap website. We are not liable for business losses arising from such interruptions. Platform rights: We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risks, except where prior notice is required by law.
5. Merchant responsibility for customer feedback
Feedback data: When the smart review funnel is enabled in your dashboard, 1–3 star private feedback (rating, comments, and selected reasons) is stored in your merchant dashboard for service improvement. When disabled, no private feedback is collected and all 1–5 stars route to your Google Review link. Prohibited use: You may use feedback only to improve your own service. You must not use it to identify, harass, or retaliate against customers, or to defame competitors or violate consumer-protection laws. You bear full legal responsibility for misuse of feedback data.
6. Third-party platforms and disclaimer
Independence: NeoTap is an independent SaaS tool with no official affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with Google or other third-party platforms. Review funnel disclaimer: You acknowledge that platforms such as Google may restrict review gating. NeoTap provides technical tools only and does not guarantee compliance with third-party policies. We are not liable for penalties, downgrades, suspensions, or review removal on third-party accounts resulting from your use of NeoTap.
7. Intellectual property
Merchant content: You retain rights to logos, images, portfolio materials, and text you upload, and grant NeoTap a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display them to provide the service. Platform IP: NeoTap names, logos, software, dashboard design, and architecture remain our property. You may not copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Platform without written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoTap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our liability for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages is limited to fees you paid us for the most recent paid billing period of the relevant paid service (if any), or the minimum permitted by law.
9. Account deletion, data export, and disputes
Deletion and export: Self-service account deletion and data export are not available. To terminate service, delete your account, or export feedback data, submit a written request to the official contact email shown at the bottom of this page. We will assist after verifying your identity within a reasonable period. Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be submitted to courts with jurisdiction at our place of registration.
